Q- Does Ebsa have any office in my country?
A- Ebsa has many correspondents and you may question Ebsa as to whether this is the case for your country. If not Ebsa’s head office in Geneva will be pleased to speak with you



Q- I am looking for products to complete my portfolio. Can Ebsa help me?
A-We have many reliable contacts and are able to source products in a wide range of categories, though principally consumer healthcare orientated. Please contact us to discuss your requirements



Q- My company has affiliates in several countries. Can we discuss distribution/licence possibilities for a product for several countries?
A- Where countries are still available we would be pleased to discuss this possibility with you.



Q- Are the products offered by Ebsa free for private label?
A- Most are, the best is to ask Ebsa



Q- Are the products offered on an exclusive basis?
A- Most of them are, but there may also be semi-exclusive agreements in certain cases



Q- I have manufacturing capabilities. Can I locally produce and pack the products?
A-Some products are available under licence. Please speak with Ebsa to determine which



Q- If I am awarded distribution for a product who do I sign an agreement with?
A- Distribution or licence agreements will be signed with Ebsa for those products where Ebsa has exclusive licence rights. Otherwise agreements will be signed directly with the product owner.



Q- How is Ebsa remunerated for searching for distributors?
A- Generally Ebsa is not asking for any retainer. Ebsa’s remuneration comes from commissions on the actual sales.
